Keep Reading About Dry Wines

What is dry wine?

Dry simply refers to wines that do not taste sweet. Wine sweetness is determined by how much residual grape sugar is left over after fermentation. Sugar levels can range from less than 1 gram per liter to over 120 grams per liter for some dessert wine styles. Dry wine styles contain very small amounts of residual sugar, meaning they're also great selections for anyone seeking low-sugar wine or even keto wine styles. Want to learn more?
