The new vintage of our 94 point Whipstitch Zinfandel is bursting with juicy dark fruit flavor and complex earthiness. Over the years, Lodi, California, has gained an outstanding reputation for Zinfandel. The climate here is notably cooler than the rest of the Central Valley, thanks to a large gap in California's Coast Range. This allows cooling breezes from the Pacific Ocean to travel inland and weave their way through the region's vineyards. These winds help preserve the grape's natural acidity and extend the ripening season, resulting in layers of rich fruit flavor. Our 2021 vintage is versatile and welcoming.
