This blend is textural, fruit forward and balanced, featuring 50 percent Syrah, 25 percent Merlot and 25 percent Cabernet Sauvignon. Ripe red berry notes join elegant oak integration with aromas that carry the scent of seaside vineyards. Our Italian winemaking partners call this island home, having cultivated the land for over 60 years. This wine is crafted from 20-year-old vines grown in the clay soils of southwestern Sicily. Harvest is conducted mechanically and by hand to ensure both speed and meticulous attention to grape quality. Stainless steel fermentation allows optimal varietal expression before oak maturation fine-tunes textures and adds the final layers of complexity.
