For Tulares Valley Heritage White, we turned to Joe Otos to give our members a tour of this remarkable section of Wine Country. It opens with a flowery bouquet of honeysuckle, lime blossom, and white peach that gives way to refreshing notes of Meyer lemon and honeydew. With brilliant acidity and a refreshing, clean finish the Tulares Valley is perfect for pairing with spice heavy foods.
