About This Wine

Tomé

Syrah

It’s time to grab your best amigos and raise a glass! Our newest release from Tomé—meaning “drink up”—is fruit forward, charming and complex. This Syrah embodies the inviting social culture of Spain and the beauty found within its vineyards with ripe brambleberry flavors and enticing floral aromas. We encourage you to spend the afternoon with friends and family, toasting new memories. With over 50 years of experience, our Spanish winemaking partners are well versed in their country’s unique terroir and rich winemaking traditions. This Syrah is harvested from 30-year-old vines and offers a bit of Old World texture with the fruit-forward character of the New World. Serve it at room temperature paired with tapas and glazed barbecue meats, followed by an afternoon siesta. Scroll through the image carousel above to learn more about this wine.

Wine Region

Spain

While its reputation as a serious wine destination was eclipsed by France and Italy for many years, ignoring Spain today means missing out on some of the world's most exciting wines. Enjoying hundreds of miles of sun-kissed coastline and rocky interiors at higher elevations, Spain provides an ideal location for vineyards. Whether it is sparkling cavas from Catalonia, crisp Verdejos from Rueda, sublime Tempranillos from Ribera del Duero or inky Monastrells from Valencia, Spain has many wine styles to explore, all expressing the country's wildly unique terroir.
