About This Wine

The Perfect No. 6

65% Sauvignon Blanc – 35% Sémillon

Our vibrant and tropical blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon is the perfect sum of its varietals. Sauvignon Blanc contributes perfumed aromatics and exotic fruit flavors, while the addition of Sémillon results in complex textures and a fuller body. The blend of these two grape varieties began in Old World Bordeaux and soon caught the attention of Australian winemakers. This New World region approaches this classic combination with a more fruit-focused, warm-climate style, of which our wine is an excellent example. With four Gold Medals and multiple 90+ point scores from elite contests like the 2021 London Wine Competition, The Perfect No. 6 has mastered the formula for success. We invite you to fill a glass, sit back, and experience a lesson on carefully calculated perfection. Scroll through the image carousel above to learn more about this wine.

Wine Region

South Australia

From juicy, full-bodied Shiraz and bold Rhône-style blends to deliciously buttery, oak-touched Chardonnay and surprisingly elegant Rieslings, South Australia is renowned for its wide array of crowd-pleasing wines. The key is the state's diverse geography and climate. With hot, dry regions like Riverland and cool, coastal areas like the Adelaide Hills, winemakers have an incredible range of grapes and styles at their disposal. South Australia is responsible for more than half of Australia's total wine production and makes some of the country's most prominent wine labels. It is also home to world-famous regions like Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale and Clare Valley.

  • A figure representing the Mineral tasting note. Mineral

Sauvignon Blanc is unmistakable on the nose with animated aromas of gooseberry and ripe citrus. Sémillon’s influence shows up on the palate with medium body and a complex mineral-like texture. Here, juicy flavors of melon join a delightful touch of vanilla from the subtle oak influence.
