Strata Blue

Significant diurnal temperature shifts occur during the growing season creating an environment where grapes thrive. Sauvignon Blanc, in particular, loves the hot, dry days that are tempered by cooler nights. Under sunny skies, fruit is able to ripen fully, and then during the drop in temperature, a natural acidity is developed and retained. This wine is a beautiful reflection of Californian Sauvignon Blanc. It is light and bright with pronounced yet balanced acidity that makes your mouth water. Flavors of melon, tropical fruits, and tree fruits are complemented by notes of white florals. This is a perfect bottle for sipping during hot summer days.
