About This Wine
Seafaring
Chardonnay
The soils of coastal California are legendary for producing incredible grapes. The salt and minerals from the Pacific make their way through the earth and into the grapes, which when combined with the warm days and cool nights means that some wines made by the sea have savory flavors that many inland wines lack. The Seafaring 2016 Chardonnay is light, but with the perfect mouthwatering acidity—the scents of nutmeg and pear are captivating, and the first sip has lush tastes of apple and toasted almond. Nutty and not overly sweet, this Chardonnay is balanced and perfect for any occasion.
