About This Wine
Scapolo's Charm
Vino Rosso
Scapolo’s Charm presents this approachable Vino Rosso, showcasing Italy’s classic Old World style. Merlot teams up with Italian native varieties Corvina and Rondinella to create this blend of food-friendly textures, herbal characteristics, and red fruit flavors. Delle Venezie IGT refers to an area known as the “three Venices,” encompassing the famed northern regions of Trentino-Aldo-Adige, Fruili-Venezia-Giulia, and Veneto. Situated on the outskirts of Venice, our local, eco-friendly winemaking partners work in harmony with nature to share the authenticity of Italian wine. Harvest takes place at night to preserve delicate aromas and textures. Vineyard crews mindfully handpick each cluster before fermentation in stainless steel tanks ensures maximum freshness, followed by a period of oak aging to introduce complex savory notes and spice. The final blend offers a genuine taste of Italian culture best enjoyed around the dinner table, with good food and great company.
