Noble Red
This is a wine that has been waiting a long time to see the light of day. A blend that has all you could ever want: fruit, florals, structure, and body. It’s a delicate wine made to showcase rich fruit flavor. The winemaker spent four years letting this wine rest, allowing it the time to fully develop. We love the secondary notes of leather and the delicate integration of tannins. Our experts describe this as a medium bodied, elegant red. We think that the delicate nature of the wine pairs well with wood-fired pizzas, tomato sauces, and roast poultry. Judges love it too! It took home 91 points and a Gold medal at the 2018 Sommelier Challenge.
