This wine hails from the south of France, where our winemaking partners in the Pays d’Oc incorporate traditional and modern winemaking techniques to capitalize on the strengths of both. Harvest took place during the cool nighttime hours; a practice used to preserve the grape’s natural acidity and delicate aromas. The wine underwent fermentation in traditional concrete tanks, allowing Grenache Blanc’s fruity varietal character to shine.
