Viognier
The Paso Robles region is best known for big reds, but it produces whites that are equally as bold. Viognier in particular grows well in the region’s hot and dry climate, and this wine is a beautiful representation of the varietal. Winemakers intervened minimally as this wine went through a cold fermentation and stainless steel aging, allowing fruit flavors to intensify and letting classic Viognier characteristics of floral aromatics and vanilla bean shine through.

Tasting Notes

- Vanilla
A classic Viognier with creamy rich body, oily texture, and bold aromas. Floral notes of honeysuckle and white hibiscus lead to flavors of creamy vanilla bean and stone fruit like peach and mango. This is a pretty and elegant wine that anyone will enjoy.
