The first few releases from Paso Del Tiempo have been runaway hits with our members and judges alike. The wines have taken home Gold medals, Double Gold medals, and “Best of Class” praise from judges from all over the world. The newest wine coming from Paso Del Tiempo is another stunner. This Vino Tinto (Spanish Red Wine) has a deep base of red and dark fruits: strawberry, red currant, pomegranate and blackcurrants that play off of notes of tobacco, coconut husk, and earth. The combination leaves us breathless and going back for another sip. The complexity makes it an ideal food pairing wine. We’ve enjoyed it with roasted pork, chorizo, and even roasted vegetable dishes like eggplant parmesan or Spanish style lentil soup. This wine has just begun to win awards and took home 91 Points at the 2019 New York International Wine Competition.
