About This Wine
Miguel Aime Pouget
Malbec
Our 2021 vintage of Miguel Aime Pouget is everything an Argentinian Malbec lover looks for. Each sip showcases ripe and jammy dark fruit flavors with underlying earthiness. Mendoza and Malbec's harmonious relationship is why this grape is more often associated with Argentina than its French homeland. The region's combination of altitude, sunlight and diverse soil types bring out Malbec's rich fruit flavors, balanced acidity and smooth tannins. Our local winemaking partners have spent the last 100 years honing their craft. Today, they tend to over 2000 acres of vineyard with vines that range between 30 and 80 years old. Like the people who look after them, these vines have stood the test of time, producing wines that honor the history of the land and the dedication of generations.
