About This Wine
Maader 99
Sauvignon Blanc
Our Maader 99 Sauvignon Blanc comes from 10-year-old vines grown in the Breedekloof district of South Africa. This wine is elegant and light with refreshing citrus and tropical fruit flavors. For the past 70 years, the winemakers who serve as our local “boots on the ground” have been guided by their love for wine and connection, using sustainable farming techniques and time-honored winemaking practices. We are thrilled to call them our partners, and it is through this valuable partnership that our 2021 Sauvignon Blanc was born. This wine has been shaped by the favorable conditions in Breedekloof, where vast mountain ranges and a large river are responsible for the area’s diverse soil types and temperature regulation. Our Sauvignon Blanc showcases a cool climate styling, with bright fruit-focused flavors emphasized by its stainless steel fermentation. Enjoy this wine with friends, paired with light appetizers featuring goat cheese and fresh vegetables. Scroll through the image carousel above to learn more about this wine.
