About This Wine
Los Antiguos
Torrontés
Hidden vineyards are nestled in the mountains of Argentina, and have been producing beautiful wines for generations, while slowly cultivating little known native varietals. Torrontés, the signature white Argentine grape, grows all over the country. With moderate acidity and a luscious texture, the Los Antiguos 2016 Torrontés has harnessed the beauty of the region and put it in a bottle. It is expressive, complex, and infinitely drinkable, with notes of citrus, rose, and herbs. The bold fragrance and nuanced flavors pair well with seafood and spice, but we think it’s the perfect pre-dinner wine to start a great night with friends. Enjoy discovering the Torrontés, we did.

This wine comes from Lujan de Cuyo, a high elevation region with strong, alluvial soils in the foothills of the Andes mountains. These soil types pull a strong minerality into the grapes yielding elegant and expressive wines that are well reviewed by critics.
