Fermentation at controlled temperatures preserved these delicate aromas, while gentle lees stirring added a soft, creamy texture. Vintage The 2024 vintage in Paso Robles unfolded under a canopy of warmth and sun, encouraging early budbreak and uniform flowering across Sauvignon Blanc blocks. A notably dry spring reduced disease pressure, allowing fruit to mature evenly through summer’s long, golden days. Harvest began ahead of schedule, with clusters showing concentrated ripeness thanks to the region’s signature diurnal swings. In response to the season’s intensity, winemaking choices were tailored to preserve the vintage’s expressive aromatics through cool fermentations and gentle lees integration.
