About This Wine

Le Temps des Récoltes

Bordeaux Blanc

Winemaking To capture the vibrant aromatics and crisp structure characteristic of classic Bordeaux Blanc, winemakers harvested the 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes during the cool early morning hours. Immediate, gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks preserved the wine’s natural freshness, intense citrus profile, and bright, driving acidity. By aging entirely in stainless steel without oak contact, this un-oaked single-varietal release showcases pure fruit expression, clean minerality, and an exceptionally lively, refreshing palate.

Vintage The 2025 vintage in Bordeaux brought an exceptionally balanced growing season marked by ideal sunshine and moderate temperatures. Warm summer days allowed the grapes to achieve optimal phenolic ripeness, while cool night breezes helped retain essential natural acidity. Harvesting in early September ensured the white varieties arrived at the winery in pristine condition—resulting in a wine defined by striking purity, intense floral aromatics, and a crisp, energetic finish.

Bordeaux

Probably the world's most famous wine region, Bordeaux is a true powerhouse of French quality. While Bordeaux is home to some of the country's most expensive bottles, it is also possible to find great-value wines from small producers. Almost all red and white wines from Bordeaux are blends. Reds tend to be a mix of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. But just as important as the blends are the quality of the region's terroir and unique winemaking techniques. The Bordeaux region is divided by the Gironde River into two main parts. Cabernet Sauvignon reigns supreme on the Left Bank, while Merlot dominates the Right Bank. White wines are usually a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon.
