For this Shiraz, they pulled from vineyards in McLaren Vale and the Barossa Valley— from the sandy-soiled blocks on the seacoast of Gulf St. Vincent to the Terra Rosa-based, tiny-berried, wind-blown rolling hills in the Barossa Zone.
