About This Wine

La Belle France

Bordeaux Blanc

It is no secret that Bordeaux produces some of the most stunning wines in the world. Our crisp and bright La Belle France Bordeaux Blanc is a delicious example of the region's continued success with fresh citrus and stone fruit notes joined by juicy textures. Bordeaux's climate is perfect for winegrowing. Warm days and cool evenings allow the fruit to develop ripe flavors and natural acidity, creating balance in the bottle. The region is particularly well-suited to Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, which drive its white blends. As promised by La Belle France, our Bordeaux Blanc needs no translation. It offers an approachable opportunity to experience this iconic region without asking you to remember famous French family names or the location of historic châteaux. We only request that you enjoy this wine chilled from your favorite glass. Scroll through the image carousel above to learn more about this wine.

Wine Region

Bordeaux

Probably the world's most famous wine region, Bordeaux is a true powerhouse of French quality. While Bordeaux is home to some of the country's most expensive bottles, it is also possible to find great-value wines from small producers. Almost all red and white wines from Bordeaux are blends. Reds tend to be a mix of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. But just as important as the blends are the quality of the region's terroir and unique winemaking techniques. The Bordeaux region is divided by the Gironde River into two main parts. Cabernet Sauvignon reigns supreme on the Left Bank, while Merlot dominates the Right Bank. White wines are usually a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon.
