They combined business acumen and flair to open the first theater on the west coast, drawing in people from all over. The Jacks and Swan Pinot Grigio also has a knack for drawing people in. The lush flavors and round palate of this wine make it hard to ignore. It’s a viscous indulgence with notes of lemon and pear, subtly held up by lighter tastes of white flowers. This Pinot Grigio won’t play second fiddle to dinner either. The broad texture and moderate acidity can easily support creamy sauces, chicken, or grilled fish. It took home a Bronze medal at the 2018 International Women's Wine Competition!
