This gives our grapes ample time to develop their rich fruit flavors and delightful sweetness. Once fermentation is complete, the wine ages in oak to add complex secondary notes and soften tannins. This wine is enchanting on its own with no companion. However, when paired with luscious desserts like dark chocolate or crème brûlée, one can enter a new realm of decadence.
