Castilla y León is Spain's largest autonomous region and is known for its stylish, flavorful wines. The area is home to 9 designated wine regions, including Ribera del Duero and hidden gem Rueda. Local Spanish grapes thrive here, at the northern end of the country's central plateau. Look out for plush reds made from Tempranillo, which offer deep blackberry, plum and vanilla flavors.
