The first wine we had from Idlewright was an unabashed success. Winning two platinum medals at competition as well as multiple 94 point scores, it is one of the most successful wines we have ever featured. As a brand built on offering luxurious wines, Idlewright has a perfect track record so far, our experts are incredibly excited for the follow up: The 2017 Idlewright Chardonnay. Coming from fantastic vineyards all across Austrailia this wine hits all the right notes: pale citrus, melon, spice, and oak. The word we keep coming back to when talking about this wine is “polished.” It’ll be the perfect addition to any evening. This wine was given 90 points, a Gold medal, and was named the "Best Australian Wine" at the 2018 USA Wine Ratings competition.

With hot, dry regions like Riverland and cool, coastal areas like the Adelaide Hills, winemakers have an incredible range of grapes and styles at their disposal.
