Winemaking Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, harvested fully ripe at 24.5° Brix, undergo careful fermentation. The Cabernet’s punch downs gently extract flavors, followed by maceration to soften tannins and enrich complexity. The Shiraz includes 10% whole bunch fermentation for added spice and structure. The wines are then expertly blended and oak-aged, enhancing richness and integrating varietal character with refined oak influence.

Vintage The 2022 vintage in Clare Valley, Australia experienced a warmer growing season, which accelerated ripening and prompted an early harvest to capture the full expression of the grapes. The Shiraz showcases plush textures and rich, jammy flavors of blackberry and plum, while the Cabernet Sauvignon offers ripe, juicy fruit with softer tannins and a rounded mouthfeel. The warmth of the vintage produced wines with slightly higher alcohol levels, making them especially approachable in their youth.
