Grapes are picked at dawn to lock in vibrant acidity and lifted aromatics, then gently pressed without skin contact to retain purity. A cool fermentation with selected yeast strains is followed by an early racking, which clarifies the wine while maintaining its layered mouthfeel.

Vintage The 2024 vintage in Napa and Carneros brought a steady, temperate growing season, allowing Sauvignon Blanc to ripen with precision and poise. Valley floor vineyards with clay-heavy loam soils provided consistent moisture and vigor control throughout the year. Early morning harvests in late summer preserved the freshness and aromatic clarity emblematic of this vintage. Fermentation began under cool conditions in the final months of 2024, with the first racking timed for early 2025 to maintain purity and finesse.
