About This Wine
Fifth Note Cellars
Chardonnay
Our Fifth Note Cellars Chardonnay is fine-tuned for food-pairing. This wine is light-bodied and creamy with stone fruit notes and a subtle oak influence. While delicious on its own, a culinary adventure awaits when you turn the label around. Our brunch menu features peach cobbler French toast, a splendid match for the wine's rich flavors and textures—and a flavorful way to start your weekend. Come lunchtime, crumbling soft and tangy blue cheese on top of a seasonal salad will give our Chardonnay's bright acidity something to slice through. The back label suggests macadamia-crusted swordfish for dinner, but any nut and white fish combination will work wonders. The wine's oaky nuances complement the nuts, while the salty fish boosts fruit flavors, creating a symphony of flavors with each bite. Bon Appétit!
