About This Wine
Fifth Note Cellars
Sauvignon Blanc - Sémillon
Fifth Note Cellars blends are crafted from specific varietals and regions to enhance the flavors, spices, sauces, and herbs in your favorite recipe or next meal. A beautiful blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, this wine features classic Sauvignon Blanc notes like aromatic citrus and round fruit flavors like passion fruit and papaya. The addition of Sémillon, which is primarily known as a blending grape, adds a weighty texture with flavors of pear and white peach. The combination provides mouth-watering acidity that gives way to a rounded long and lingering finish. Judges love it too! It took home 90 points and a Gold Medal from the 2020 Winemaker Challenge and a Gold Medal from the 2020 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition.
