About This Wine
Fifth Note Cellars
Merlot Cabernet Franc Cabernet Sauvignon
Aged in French oak for 18 months, this wine is an elegant blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, two classic Bordeaux varietals. Full-bodied and featuring notes of dark fruit, herbs, and baking spices, it will drink wonderfully now but also would age beautifully for the next 3-5 years. Judges love it too! It has taken home a Silver medal from the 2020 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition and at the 2020 Winemaker Challenge.
