Vineyards here benefit from a Mediterranean climate with ample sunshine and moderate rainfall. Cooling breezes from the Mediterranean and Tyrrhenian Seas keep vineyard conditions cool and dry. Our Sicilian winemaking partners come from a farming background, nurturing their crops from seed to harvest. This is evident in the playful and plump profile of our Catarratto wine, which results from perfectly ripe fruit and experienced winemaking.
