Drawing on their winemaking team's expertise working with this varietal, Decoy Cabernet Sauvignon offers a rich and appealing expression of the varietal crafted to be ready upon release. California Cabernet is not just one note; it can be so many things. This iteration is decidedly lush and has beautiful fruit to offset the structure. Red and black fruits play off of herbs and make the perfect accompaniment to roasted meats and vegetables.
