This fruit-forward and opulent California wine is a blend of 12 different white wine varietals. Featuring bright tropical and sweet flavors of lychee, guava, passionfruit, and pineapple. Bold floral aromas of jasmine and lilac make this wine luscious and perfect for everyday sipping. Our winemakers wanted to elevate the natural fruit-forward nature of this wine and so they opted to use minimal intervention in their winemaking approach and instead relied upon natural techniques like skin contact during fermentation, and a very light filtration before going to bottle. This results in a blend that may have some haziness which enhances the palate and aromas of this very pretty wine.
