About This Wine

Crimson Earth

Cabernet Sauvignon

Crimson Earth’s 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon tells the story of Paso Robles with every sip—bold, grounded, and shaped by the land’s untamed charm. From the first taste, lush blackberry and ripe cherry take center stage, followed by a cascade of dark fruit that feels both full and refined. A quiet touch of toast and soft warmth hint at the slow, thoughtful process behind each bottle, while a structured finish leaves a lasting impression of depth and place. Grown in the sunlit vineyards and cooled by Paso’s breezy evenings, this wine reflects the balance of power and grace that defines the region. It’s a smooth, satisfying red crafted to be shared around the table, where stories stretch long into the night and every glass feels like home. Wine Region

Paso Robles

California's fastest-growing wine region is quickly gaining an international reputation for its innovative and boundary-breaking wines. Located halfway between LA and San Francisco, the Paso Robles AVA in San Luis Obispo County has two main zones. The eastern side has a hot and sunny climate with deep, rich soils producing plush, fruity wines with sweet ripe flavors. To the west, the cooling influence of the Pacific brings a zingy backbone to rich Zinfandel and Rhône favorites like Syrah and Viognier. Italian varietals like Sangiovese and Nebbiolo are also favorites of Paso Robles grape growers and wine drinkers.
