The moderate daytime warmth is balanced by cool evening breezes from the Pacific Ocean, allowing for a slow, even ripening process. We harvested the fruit carefully to ensure the tannins remained fine-grained and supple. The resulting medium-bodied wine embodies the generosity of the Californian sun, offering a rich profile perfect for a casual BBQ with friends.
