Here the climate is hot and dry, which means these light-skinned grapes have to be planted at higher altitudes where they have access to the cooling oceanic breezes. After harvest, our highly awarded Australian winemaking partners blend the two varieties to arrive at the ideal destination of desired fruit flavor and texture.
