Our Acadine winemakers share this thirst for truth and purity. This wine is the real deal, showing off the beauty of diverse California terroir and skilled winemaking. To highlight the truth and splendor of this popular grape variety takes a well-suited climate. Our Cabernet Sauvignon shows genuine fruit-filled varietal characteristics, which evolved with the help of a long California growing season and rocky, well-drained soils. This is illustrated by the presence of rich, ripe black fruit flavors and a full body. Pair this wine with a plate of salty cheeses to further accentuate its decadent jamminess, or enjoy it with a hearty Beef Bourguignon.
