About This Wine
Acadine
Pinot Noir
In Ancient Greece, Acadine was a magical fountain that could tell whether wishes came from deep within. True to their namesake, the winemakers’ Pinot Noir is everything we could have hoped for. The blend of select parcels from all over Sonoma County showcases the incredible diversity of the region. The vineyards in the warm valley floor bring red-fruit opulence with notes of cranberry, pomegranate, and strawberry. Meanwhile, the cooler coastal vines inject blue fruit undertones while bringing a lively acidity and freshness. A wine made to impress, it’s best enjoyed with friends. Serve at your next dinner party with beef carpaccio to start followed by a decadent pork tenderloin. Judges love it too! It took home 90 points and a Gold Medal at the 2020 Winemaker Challenge.

This is an incredibly well-balanced Pinot Noir. The blue and red fruits mingle with lively acidity that adds freshness. For us, this is a perfect food wine that will pair with a variety of dishes.
