California’s 2018 harvest played out like a dream for winemakers across the state. Following a long growing season with moderate temperatures, a late harvest allowed the grapes to mature slowly. As a result, the Acadine Cabernet Sauvignon is rich and bursting out the glass with ripe red fruit, spice and subtle notes of dried herbs. The palate is concentrated in the front and mid-palate with blackberry compote and a juicy, round texture.
