This intensely juicy wine displays refreshing herbaceous aromas followed by plump, dark fruit flavors. These hardy grapes thrive in Chile’s mountainous landscape, with the rigid coastline of the South Pacific Ocean to the west and the towering peaks of the Andes on the east. At these high elevations, the bright rays of the Chilean sun intensify, allowing grapes to reach rich and fruity ripeness during the day. As night falls, temperatures drop, protecting the grapes’ refreshing acidity levels. While Chilean Cabernet typically leans more savory and rustic, our 2020 vintage is a fruit-forward and approachable exception, making it the perfect cork to pop after a long day.
