Taste the freshness of California Chenin Blanc in the Vintage Wine Works Heritage White
ABOUT THIS WINE:
Vintage Wine Works
Heritage White
This 100% Chenin Blanc comes from beautiful winemaking state of California and is full of robust and refreshing flavors. We love the ripe floral aromas and gobs of fresh lychee, honey, and pear on the front of your palate. Additional notes of crisp grapefruit play off of a refreshing minerality. The stoniness of the finish makes this a great choice for pairing with appetizers. We think that there is nothing better than a crisp white wine and snacks. We’ve been loving this wine with roasted vegetables, grilled seafood, and cheeseboards!

WINE REGION:
California
California is one of the most diverse winegrowing regions in the world. Spanning 850 miles along North America's west coast—and inland across mountains and valleys—California's American Viticultural Areas (AVAs) cover a dizzying array of terroir. The cold, deep waters of the Pacific Ocean play a major role in cooling California's vineyards, sending fog and chilly air up to 100 miles inland. This tempers the daytime heat and allows grapes to ripen slowly but fully. Cooler-climate grape varieties thrive closest to the sea, while further inland, bigger, bolder wines prevail.
