This wine leans towards a Provençal style; however, thanks to California's warmer climate, it has more modest acidity and flavors, which focus on fruit over minerality when compared to its French counterpart. These Grenache grapes were harvested at the ideal level of ripeness necessary to craft a lively and nectarous wine. This wine is enjoyed best when served well chilled in a frosty glass.
