TASTING NOTES:

Blueberry

Oak

Baking Spice

Shiraz’s signature pepperiness complements baking spice aromas and a hint of oak. Rich notes of ripe blueberry, blackberry, and boysenberry fuse together to create a jammy, fruit compote-like flavor with structured Cabernet tannins and modest acidity. Dark in color and bold in taste, this wine perfectly complements flavorful dishes.

ABOUT THE BRAND:

large bunches of red grapes on the vine

The Perfect No. 6

Why did we name ourselves The Perfect No. 6? The answer is rooted in Australian history, number theory, and our belief that great wine combines countless factors working in unity. As for Australian history, in 1901 the six self-governing colonies of Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, and Western Australia unified to become the Commonwealth of Australia, a sum greater than its individual parts. How does this tie into number theory? The number six is “perfect” because it equals the sum of its divisors, 1+2+3. Our collection brings out the best of these six states as their distinct environments and various elements culminate into one delicious wine.
