One Point Five Cabernet Sauvignon
The One Point Five Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold, expansive Stags Leap District wine that celebrates the winery's roots in this unique area of Napa Valley. The grapes for the wine come primarily from two of the best sites in the valley, one hillside vineyard on the estate and the "Borderline" vineyard just to the south. A lengthy, warm summer allowed the fruit to hang in near-ideal conditions for a long, long time producing clusters of fruit with vivid color, enticing flavors, and unrivaled aromas. The fruit was then crushed and put into brand new French Oak for 20 months.
Being a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon wine, the dark purple and red fruits are a given, but the complexity that supports them is indicative of a truly fine wine.
