ABOUT THIS WINE:

Pigeon Hill Winery

Pigeon Hill Winery

Shiraz-Cabernet Sauvignon

A vivid, fruit forward blend from Australia’s most celebrated region. The Pigeon Hill Winery 2016 Shiraz-Cabernet has bold notes of ripe red fruits, plum, and chocolate that swim across the palate during a long, silky finish. Notes of wood and spice from nine months spent in French Oak barrels temper the jammy flavors that would overwhelm a less balanced red wine. The end result is charmingly complex, and will pair as easily with hearty meat dishes as it will with a sweet dessert.

Due to state registrations, we cannot ship this wine to CT.
