Grenache Blanc
Tucked into the heart of Southern France, Pays d'Oc is a stunning winegrowing region. With constant exposure to the Mediterranean Sea, vineyards planted experience the classic climate of the region—warm and sunny days that are slightly tempered by maritime influences allowing fruit to fully ripen. Our 2019 Grenache Blanc reflects Southern France's lifestyle in its lightness and brightness that emulate the coast. The 2019 vintage, in particular, yielded less fruit overall, but what was picked had beautiful concentration. Grenache Blanc is made similarly to rosé by pressing out the juice from red grapes and quickly getting rid of skins and seeds. Our winemakers focused on bottling this wine shortly after aging was complete in order to preserve freshness and retain its natural acidity.
