The last Fogbreak wine was a smash hit earning multiple awards, the biggest being a Double Gold from the 2018 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition, and not only was it a hit with judges, it was a hit with members as well. We are happy to announce the newest release from Fogbreak, a beautiful White Wine Blend. This sweet, floral blend is juicy and aromatic with dominant tastes of apricot and pear. The palate is creamy and really highlights the stone fruit flavors that our experts have paired with everything from grilled lobster to popcorn! Judges love this wine too! It took home a Bronze medal at the 2018 Harvest Challenge.

The cold, deep waters of the Pacific Ocean play a major role in cooling California's vineyards, sending fog and chilly air up to 100 miles inland. This tempers the daytime heat and allows grapes to ripen slowly but fully. Cooler-climate grape varieties thrive closest to the sea, while further inland, bigger, bolder wines prevail.
