For us, this wine tastes like the beginning of a great adventure. It makes us want to take the bottle and explore the wild unknown. It’s mouthwatering, with vibrant fruit flavors that jump around the glass. Try pairing it with sweet or fatty foods, as the natural acidity cuts through the rich flavors. This tempers the daytime heat and allows grapes to ripen slowly but fully. Cooler-climate grape varieties thrive closest to the sea, while further inland, bigger, bolder wines prevail.
