Enjoy a mosaic of plush fruit in our newest vintage of Platinum Medal-winning Comarca Verdejo
ABOUT THIS WINE:

Comarca
Verdejo
Our 2020 Verdejo comes from the same 30-year-old vines as our multi-award-winning 2019 vintage, which boasted 94 points, a Platinum Medal, and numerous other awards. Comarca understands that great wine results from the harmonious interaction between the nature of the vineyard and the nurture of the winemaker. While a somewhat uncommon Spanish varietal, this wine is sure to create a lasting impression. These Verdejo grapes were plucked from the branches of sun-soaked vines rooted in damp, nutrient-dense, limestone and clay soils. The winemakers lightly pressed this fruit and fermented its juice at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks to maintain maximum freshness. This attention-to-detail is the product of over 50 years of Spanish winemaking experience. As a result, this wine’s light body, bright fruit flavors, and refreshing acidity will leave you wanting more with every sip.
