Grown in Paso Robles, the region’s hot days and cold nights have created a heady, full-bodied red that you’ll come back to time and time again. A sip of this rich Cabernet Sauvignon will reveal dark fruits of plum and cherry, combined with bittersweet chocolate, black pepper, and graphite. But it’s the winemakers that give this wine something truly special — it was left with its skins to soften the tannins and give it a character that stands up to the classics—a wine that you'll come back to time and time again. Judges love it too! It has taken home a Gold Medal from the 2020 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition and a Silver medal at the 2020 Winemaker Challenge.

Located halfway between LA and San Francisco, the Paso Robles AVA in San Luis Obispo County has two main zones. The eastern side has a hot and sunny climate with deep, rich soils producing plush, fruity wines with sweet ripe flavors. To the west, the cooling influence of the Pacific brings a zingy backbone to rich Zinfandel and Rhône favorites like Syrah and Viognier. Italian varietals like Sangiovese and Nebbiolo are also favorites of Paso Robles grape growers and wine drinkers.
