The Perfect No. 6

Red Blend (50/50 Shiraz/Cab)

Our Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon blend from The Perfect No. 6 is sure to impress. This wine is a classic combination of two primary varietals from the region–50% Shiraz and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon. Each sip features big fruit flavors with bold, oaky and spicy characteristics. South Eastern Australia experiences a warm and dry climate with moderate cooling influences from the sea. These factors and the region's well-drained soils create a perfect environment for these thick-skinned grape varieties to ripen fully under the Australian sun. The result? A big, bold, yet perfectly balanced wine that complements hearty dishes with robust flavors! This bottle will go fast once opened. Pour a glass and see for yourself. The Perfect No. 6

Why did we name ourselves The Perfect No. 6? The answer is rooted in Australian history, number theory, and our belief that great wine combines countless factors working in unity. As for Australian history, in 1901 the six self-governing colonies of Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, and Western Australia unified to become the Commonwealth of Australia, a sum greater than its individual parts. How does this tie into number theory? The number six is “perfect” because it equals the sum of its divisors, 1+2+3. Our collection brings out the best of these six states as their distinct environments and various elements culminate into one delicious wine.
